"Hi there everybody! Thank you for visiting my website and I hope to see you at the shop soon if you have not been already. For everybody who does not know me , my name is rose ( others know me as mama-rose or the jerk queen ) I was born in Jamaica where I left for England at a young age. Growing up in London with a big family with hungry brothers meant food had to be cooked nearly all the time, with mum and dad working the cooking was shared between myself and my sister. I think it's safe to say that I had a love for cooking.. So when I moved over to Amsterdam 2 years ago I noticed one of the things missing here was some real soul food. All the food I serve is cooked to a high quality. I have no microwave ( don't believe in them ,EVER ) .I take pride in my food. I'm a lively person , just not at the end of the working day unless there's a reggae party on !!!. You know I love my parties. Well this is only supposed to be short so why don't you pass by and see for yourself...thank you for taking the time to look at my website."
